The Foreign Manpower Management Division (FMMD) is the leading enforcement agency responsible for preserving the integrity of the work pass framework and ensuring that employers of foreign workers provide for the well-being of their workers during their employment in Singapore. Through effective enforcement, offenders who run afoul of the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act and the Employment Agencies Act will be taken to task, and in so doing, we ensure a level playing field for employers, employees and employment agencies. 

The work of a FMMD enforcement officer is varied. You play an important role in upholding the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act and the Employment Agencies Act. In addition to inspection and investigation work, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to policy planning and other operational work to which contribute to the effective enforcement and deterrence. As you take on new portfolios, you will be given opportunities to realise your potential and build expertise in areas of interests.

• Experience in enforcement and investigation preferred
• Possessed tertiary qualifications 
• Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities
• Ability to work independently and be an effective team player
• Good written and effective communication skills
• Possessed a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
• Prepared to work irregular and sometimes long hours 
• Good interpersonal skills and high level of integrity are expected when dealing with both internal and external customers.
