Successful applicant will play an active role in the planning, coordination, administration and smooth delivery of the tests and examinations. The key responsibilities include:
- Manage the end-to-end conduct of large-scale tests/examinations
- Plan and administer tests and examinations
- Involve in the maintenance and upgrade of examination administration system
- Gather and collate feedback from clients on services rendered
- Review processes to improve efficiency and service delivery to customers
- Maintain the databases and reporting

- At least 2 years of experience in project management, operations or programme/course administrations
- Integrity
- A reliable team player with good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and takes initiative in ensuring success for the team
- Good oral and written communication skills
- IT-savvy, innovative and enjoy new challenges
