Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.

CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning.

Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.


  • Provide hands-on administrative and logistical support for existing and new training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits and ad-hoc events
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of course administration and logistical duties (which includes booking venues, preparing course materials and setting up classes, registering participants, coordinating travel and transport arrangements, managing suppliers, procuring items, collating evaluation, invoicing customers and ensure payments are made to trainers and suppliers)
  • Monitor course take-ups, revenue and expenses of programmes
  • Responsible for proper documentation and accrual of expenditures related to the programmes/events
  • Comply with college service standards and operations guidelines
  • Prepare procurement documents, eg. Invitation to Quote
  • Provide support and assist associate trainers and resource persons to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes
  • Work with other support units like Finance, AV, Admin and Estate and Customer Service to create a conducive learning environment for the participants
  • Manage database system for CSC alumni
  • Work closely with Team Leader to provide timely course updates and raise any potential service lapses to Management
  • Work closely with Institute Development Officer to ensure programme support is timely and in accordance with Institute’s requirements


  • 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an events administration role
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Team player, and able to work under pressure and short deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with integrity and drive for excellence in work
