Job Description

As a Senior HR Executive/ Manager, HR Service (Education Officer) in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient management and administration of HR functions relating to service conditions, benefits and professional development for Education Officers (EOs) in schools, in support of MOE HR objectives. 

  • Managing HR operations reliably and effectively and ensuring good standard of delivery of HR service, including case evaluation and management
  • Managing and administering CONNECT Plan in accordance with the regulations
  • Reviewing and implementing HR operational policies, initiatives, processes and strategies in support of building a quality and engaged workforce
  • Managing a portfolio of desk functions as the subject matter expert and providing advice on HR matters
  • Building strong partnership with key partners in policy review, implementation and administration
  • Engaging and advising line managers to facilitate effective HR management in the Ministry

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of HR experience
  • Able to work well with data and preferably with accounting or finance knowledge
  • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to work well independently and as a team
  • A university degree in any discipline, those without a degree and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply
