Enterprise Singapore is the new enterprise development agency formed through a merger between IE Singapore and SPRING Singapore. Enterprise Singapore will enable the growth of Singapore companies through an integrated support network to build business capabilities and access overseas markets.

You will be part of a dynamic team in charge of transforming specific industry sectors and growing stronger Singapore enterprises. You will be empowered to account-manage growth companies in the identified industry sectors and drive the industry’s overall transformation through innovation, internationalisation and productivity.


To achieve this, you will need to:

  1. Build good relationships and rapport to influence senior executives/decision-makers in growth enterprises, and industry stakeholders/partners such as the industry associations.
  2. Develop an astute understanding of the industry’s market opportunities, challenges faced, Singapore enterprises’ strengths and weaknesses, so as to inform your development of growth plans and strategies catered to the needs of enterprises in the industry. You will directly deliver assistance to the enterprises to support their capability upgrading, internationalisation and innovation projects, enabled through full access to ESG’s arsenal of tools, programmes and incentive schemes.
  3. Research and analyse local and global trends that affect the industry sector and the resulting business opportunities, so as to provide valuable knowledge input to the enterprises.
  4. Work collaboratively with relevant ministries and statutory boards to mastermind and deliver your industry plan in a whole-of-government manner.


Your role includes developing and executing sectoral programmes, project management and promoting the adoption of best practices and technologies for the sector. In addition, you will also be able to identify and engage new enterprises in other emerging industries with promising growth potential.



A results-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills, as well as strong account management with excellent communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders
