Are you seeking an opportunity to contribute to the growth of Singapore companies through the development of their human capital?
The Human Capital (HC) team in Enterprise Singapore can provide you with the opportunity to partner Singapore companies and advise them on strategies to develop talent, leadership and HR capabilities, as part of companies’ transformation journey. At the same time, you will engage companies to analyse impact of foreign manpower policies on businesses and work with government agencies to influence policy formulation. You will be working closely with the Deputy Director on industry engagement strategies to increase adoption of our Human Capital programmes as well as national-level initiatives such as SkillsFuture and Adapt-and-Grow.
This role will allow you to develop a broad perspective and deep insights on the understanding of global human capital trends, national manpower and education policies, and talent and leadership opportunities and challenges faced by companies. In this role, you will be able to acquire skills in policy development, problem solving and stakeholder engagement.

As a member of the HC team, you can expect to:
  • Drive review of policies with government agencies to ensure relevance to businesses, while balancing larger national objectives;
  • Develop and manage programmes focusing on Leadership and Talent, Human Capital Capabilities and Skills development;
  • Partner a particular industry/market cluster and actively engage Business and HR leaders of Singapore companies to tackle talent and HR issues; and
  • Collaborate with industry, educational institutions and government agencies to strengthen the human capital ecosystem.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in policy development, project management, business development or client engagement roles
  • Passion to help companies build their Human Capital and HR Capabilities
  • Be inquisitive, open-minded and resourceful
  • Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Prior experience in Public Service will be an added advantage
