You will be part of the team developing, planning and implementing stakeholders’ engagement strategies and programmes for the Ministry, so as to generate awareness, foster relationships and build understanding of the work that the Ministry does. You will be required to work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, as well as third-party vendors. 

In addition, you will monitor and analyse MSF-related issues so as to develop relevant engagement initiatives to address concerns. Prior to key policy announcements, you will also plan ahead to address possible public reactions. 



Functional/Technical Competencies

  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in communications and/or engagement.
  • Tertiary qualification in Mass Communications or related disciplines.
  • Experience in stakeholders and partnership management would be an advantage.
  • Project management skills

Generic Competencies

  • Self-driven, adaptable, and a good team player
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
