Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.

CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning.

Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.

Job Description

  • Partner with line departments to design and execute capability building plans and policies in alignment to workforce plan
  • Design and implement innovative learning interventions (e.g. coaching, reverse mentoring, peer learning, blended learning) to create effective learning solutions
  • Design, develop and manage training programmes and performance support tools for staff
  • Leverage on metrics and data to identify and analyse the effectiveness of learning and development programmes
  • Manage the policies, process and development of CSC’s associate framework

 

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in training and development work
  • Good analytical, written and communication skills
  • Comfortable with data
  • Meticulous, organised and able to multi task
  • Professional and confident in dealing with people at all levels
  • Able to conduct learning needs analysis and the evaluation of training programmes
