Responsibilities

The SFEC Division oversees the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) scheme, which aims to encourage enterprises to invest in enterprise transformation, and to reskill and upskill their employees.

You will play a key role in the SFEC administration:

  1. Implement and review the SFEC system operational flow, including integration with participating agencies’ systems
  2. Verify and process claims for credit disbursement
  3. Monitor credit disbursement and utilisation through dashboards
  4. Support systems testing and maintenance
  5. Manage and front SFEC-related enquiries & appeals from employers
  6. Update communications materials (FAQs, website, AskJamie) and ensure consistency with participating agencies’ websites

 

There will be a constant need to explore new ideas and work closely with other ESG teams and agency partners to ensure successful implementation of the SFEC programme.

 Job requirements

  • A degree with at least 3-4 years of experience in business development, customer service, operations management or an equivalent field
  • You should possess good business acumen and problem solving skills
  • Experience in programme administration such as government business grants, training grants and/ or credit management system will be added advantage.
  • In addition, you should possess good verbal and written communication, customer service or stakeholder management skills, and ability to work independently and as a team player.
