You are required to patrol public paths and take enforcement actions against active mobility device users who violate rules and regulations under the relevant Acts.
You will be the ambassador of LTA in promoting graciousness and safe sharing of paths between active mobility users and other groups while enforcing proper usage of personal mobility device users (motorised and non-motorised bicycles and personal mobility devices such as e-scooters, Segway, kick scooters etc).

Bicycle Sharing Enforcement Officer:
You are required to respond to public feedback on indiscriminate bicycle parking matters and conduct ground assessment at sites arising from public feedback and follow up with necessary enforcement actions such as issuing notices and/or lodging of violation reports.

You will need to plan and organise deployment plans to enforce against indiscriminate bicycle parking offences, collate and maintain analytical data of the enforcement efforts as well as assist in other active mobility enforcement related operations and/or duties.

Candidates selected for Active Mobility / Bicycle Sharing Enforcement Officer positions will have to undergo a 3-4 weeks course (including a written competency test) to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to carry out their duties. Only successful candidates who completed the programme will be appointed.

• At least 5 GCE 'O' Level passes or equivalent, including English
• Possess at least a Class 2B licence
• Physically fit, possess good eyesight and normal colour vision as officer is required to ride a motorcycle or bicycle for patrolling and be watchful of traffic offenders
• Have a positive attitude, good self-discipline and ability to work independently and as a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to maintain composure under challenging circumstances
• Candidates must be able to perform shift duties, including supporting major national events during public holidays
• Candidates who are able to communicate in more than one language such as English, Malay, Tamil, Mandarin and/or local dialects would be an added advantage
