Overview of Job:

As the CA Executive, you will be part of a dynamic and highly-driven team providing corporate administration services and support to all departments across the Ministry.  You will have the opportunity to work on a range of corporate administrative functions and projects to drive improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness for our systems and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and support various corporate administrative operations so as to ensure they are carried out effectively and efficiently;
  2. Support the assigned administrative functions, which could include work areas such as records management, mail management, pass management, asset and inventory management, etc.;
  3. Coordinate and support key initiatives and work on administrative projects;
  4. Implement and review records management policy and processes;
  5. Implement and adapt the corporate administration policies, processes and systems;
  6. Review and implement improvements for work processes and systems related to corporate administration.

Job Requirements:

  • With at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem solving skills;
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently;
  • Keen to take initiative and implement plans to realization;
  • Driven and ready to strive for improvement;
  • Adaptable, able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight timelines.
