Purpose of job: 

The role is to support the Brand team in managing content partnerships/ branded entertainment projects. The purpose of these collaborations is to build desire and affinity with Singapore as a Passion Made Possible destination amongst our target audience by leveraging the reach and influence that these content/ entertainment vehicles have beyond typical advertising to influence passive bias and drive recovery through driving mindshare and building desireability for Singapore as the destination of choice against competitor destinations, especially given the current situation where we need to rebuild international demand for travel. The work involves working with and support the Brand teams in planning, coordinating and executing the various content/ branded entertainment partnerships, including managing marketing agencies, production companies and media partners that we will work with in rolling out the projects globally.

This manager will report to AD, Brand Campaigns A.


Main Responsibilities: 

  • Organise all the needs related to film or video production, including facilitating filming, setting schedule of meetings, coordination and monitoring of production schedule and facilitate the necessary clearances required for shoot.
  • Engage stakeholders, venure managers, coordinate meetings, and oversee production timelines to ensure timely schedule adherence.
  • Work with and support the team in working with content creators, producers and owners, international content demand drivers that are looking to engage viewers with SG-related content and narrative angles.
  • Work with and support the delivery of media and content plans as part of the execution of these content partnerships/ branded entertainment projects.
  • Assist to ensure due diligence for project partnerships and closely monitor the progress of ongoing partnerships.
  • Support the Brand division in other activities and duties where required.



  • Possess at least 3 years experience in similar capacity, backed by strong testimonials
  • Have relevant experience working with creative, media (film) or advertising agencies
  • Is well-versed in stakeholder (internal and external) management  
  • Have strong project management capabilities  
  • Able to navigate issues, offer solutions and chart the way forward effectively whilst adhering to timelines  
  • Is self-motivated and an effective team player with the willingness to go above and beyond the job scope  
  • Possess strong initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Must be highly organised and possess good administrative skills (preparation of documents and project budget tracking) 
  • Must be knowledgeable in aspects of film/ video production
