Scope
The job holder will assist Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and facilitating cost efficiencies across the organisation through operational improvements. He/She will also assist Chief Operating Officer to design and develop a roadmap to generate a unified customer/marketing strategy and structure (online and offline) that ensures a seamless customer experience.

Being the face of operational excellence across the Board, you will drive integration and coordination to ensure seamless customer experience in health promotion/disease prevention.

And last but not the least, you will champion and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and facilitating cost efficiencies across the organisation through operational improvements!

Skills and Experience You’ll Bring
You’ll need to be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 10 years of relevant experience (preferably at a middle management level) in strategic review, programmes monitoring & process review, and possess

• Track record in strategy development, project management and execution, and supervisory experience.
• Aptitude to making evidence informed decisions is a plus.
• Analytical, resourceful, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to undertake basic research, understand statistics and able to translate to action.
• Able to manage large budgets accurately and efficiently, and obtain value-for-money.
• Fosters teamwork, has integrity and excellent interpersonal skills
