Job Purpose/Job Summary (General Objectives of Job)

The individual will be a part of the Partnership, Community and Solutions team to develop skilled, enterprising professionals and build capability of the social service sector through innovation and partnership ecosystem. You are responsible for planning, overseeing and leading Training Network Model project, including coordinating time, budget and resources to meet desired outcomes. As the main liaison for the project, you will work closely with stakeholders and partners and maintain effective communication, ensuring that end-to-end customer satisfaction is met.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  1. Organise and lead project planning sessions and/or meetings
  2. Coordinate workstreams and resources to ensure adherence to project deadlines
  3. Manage project progress and adapt work as and when necessary
  4. Build and manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  5. Participate in design and submission of tender document and signing of Contracts and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Agreements
  6. Recommend, optimise and improve processes where necessary
  7. Track programme performance using KPIs and metrics
  8. Monitor project progress, conduct periodic reviews and create status reports for management
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks which may impact project deliverables
  10. Resolve conflicts where necessary
  11. Other duties as assigned from time to time

Experience :

Minimum 8 years’ experience in Business/Project Management especially in HR consulting, education/ training industry.

Special Certification(s):
