Job Scope

• Manage staff pass application / collection / programming
• Manage logistic and facilities related services
• Oversee booking/setup requests for meeting rooms or venue for events with support from ST
• Oversee VIP Meals catering with support of ST
• Oversee gift declaration process
• Manage procurement processes of all office management request
• Assist with fix assets management for all MCI assets
• Perform the role of verification officer of unit
• Plan and Conduct BCP call tree exercise
• Support project management of projects under the team
• Perform inventory management for items under the team’s care
• Provide excellent services to meet internal customer expectations
• Support other FM logistical and administrative work assigned by supervisor, e,g, coordination of work and event

Job Requirements

• Minimal qualification in Diploma
• Relevant qualification/experience in Corporate services and Project Management
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
• Team player but able to work independently
• Good written and oral communication skills as well as people and organization skills
• Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
• IT savvy with good computer skills
