SG Digital Office - Assistant Director, Ops Planning (Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of eight (8) officers to drive the outreach campaign plan for SG Digital Office (SDO), this includes the management, tracking and monitoring the progress of the campaign KPIs to accelerate the digital adoption of digitally less savvy individuals and businesses. Immediate term is to achieve the KPIs for Hawkers Go Digital and Seniors Go Digital programmes.
  • Manage and analyse data collected from SDO’s outreach programmes to draw insights and formulate strategies to achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and it’s database.
  • Manage the e-payment bonus for Hawkers Go Digital, manage appeals, and analyse the transaction activities to encourage the utilisation of e-payment solution. Ensure timely payout of the bonus to eligible stallholders from now till Jun 21.
  • Manage the finance and procurement of the CRM system and disbursement of e-payment bonus.
  • Manage the welfare and professional development of team members.
  • Drive innovation for SDO to instill a culture of value creation and productivity.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Planning to track the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for SDO.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and monitor existing and future outreach campaigns.
  • Function as the lead Secretariat for operations meeting, clearance of meeting minutes and submission of operational reports to senior management.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in leading teams, business development, operations planning, business analysis, project management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Public service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic work environment.
