JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful applicant will be part of the team in Office Admin Unit to undertake Business Process Reviews (BPR) and propose improvements to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness. You would be required to oversee and manage the implementation of changes.

  • Develop and recommend sustainable solutions to achieve greater operational efficiency.
  • Manage current processes and systems as well as to develop and execute improvement plans to enhance operations, internal stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvements through process streamlining and automation
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of projects, including system enhancements
  • Handle Finance related tasks such as creating cash journals, sales order and invoice processing
  • Manage on-boarding/ off-boarding of Technology Group contractors
  • Train and equip new temp staff on the new processes/ systems and workflows

This contract will end on Dec 2022.

  • A service-oriented, meticulous and resourceful individual

  • Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to work on different projects in a rapidly changing environment

  • Able to work both independently and as an effective team player

  • Ability to work fast and meet short-term deadlines

  • Self motivated to learn and innovate in a fast changing environment

  • Excellent analytical, coordination and strong communication (written and verbal skills)

  • Competent in MS Excel and effective presentation skills are required for this position
