Purpose of job:

The Marketing Partnerships Team A form strategic alliances with stakeholders in the aviation industry and run several marketing campaigns throughout the year. We also run a programme called the Marketing Partnership Programme (MPP) where STB supports the international and domestic marketing efforts of tourism establishments with funding.

We are seeking a contract staff who is energetic, organised and detailed-oriented to provide administrative and financial support for the marketing campaigns and MPP.

Main Responsibilities:

Marketing Partnership Programme

1. Provide administrative support in the running of Programme
2. Handle public enquiries
3. Evaluate and process applications
4. Carry out financial disbursements of projects that are completed.
5. Assist with budget management

Joint Marketing Campaigns

1. Assist in financial billings/disbursements of STB’s funds to STB’s partners. This includes tracking verifications/disbursements, tallying invoice amounts, liaising with partners/Finance on payments etc.
2. Support the managers in the logistics/administrative requirement of projects  

 General Administrative Support

a.     Manage/update division database 

b.     Collate nominations for stakeholders and track RSVP for corporate events

c.     Assist in any other work that may arise

Key Relationships:

External: Aviation stakeholders and MPP recipients

Internal: Divisions within Marketing Group, as well as other business groups such as International Group, Experience Development Group and Corporate Group (Finance, Procurement, Risk Management and Legal

Job Requirements:

• At least 7 years of working experience
• Good project management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good verbal and written skills, Competent in Excel
• Experience in processing claims would be an advantage
