Job Description:

  • Conceptualize and design leadership development programmes/interventions from first time to Director level participants.
  • Facilitate leadership development programmes/solutions at various career levels, which includes conducting leadership feedback and facilitating the interpretation of psychometric assessments data.
  • Consult with and provide professional advice to support public sector clients in diagnosing, sense-making, designing and implementing appropriate leadership development solutions for public service agencies.
  • Be plugged in to the changing needs and priorities of the Public Service, and provide thoughtful perspectives and insights to facilitate internal sense-making and development of integrated leadership development solutions and interventions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to develop junior consultants in the design and implementation of leadership development solutions, involving a range of interventions (e.g., digital/blended learning and curriculum design, facilitation of leadership development programmes, executive coaching, assessments and diagnostics).
  • Candidates with experience developing post-multi-rater feedback interventions and support are preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Between 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience in leadership development and any relevant experience in organization development or talent management work will be a huge advantage
  • Able to foster collaborative networks and strong partnerships within CSC and with key stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and effectively engage leaders at mid-to senior levels of management e.g. Heads of Department
  • Able to lead and manage projects involving complex and cross-cutting issues.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills
