Workforce Singapore (WSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). It will oversee the transformation of the local workforce and industry to meet ongoing economic challenges.

WSG will promote the development, competitiveness, inclusiveness, and employability of all levels of the workforce. This will ensure that all sectors of the economy are supported by a strong, inclusive Singaporean core.

While its key focus is to help workers meet their career aspirations and secure quality jobs at different stages of life, WSG will also address the needs of business owners and companies by providing support to enable manpower-lean enterprises to remain competitive. It will help businesses in different economic sectors create quality jobs, develop a manpower pipeline to support industry growth, and match the right people to the right jobs


You will be part of a team to:

  • Support the implementation of the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) scheme for WSG programmes
  • Coordinate with other WSG divisions and external stakeholders (e.g. programme partners, government agencies) on the collection and analysis of data for programme review and reporting
  • Perform checks to ensure the accuracy of data collected to support SFEC claims
  • Work with business users and developers to design process workflows and to explore  possible options (e.g. robotic processes/automation) to strengthen the SFEC workstream
  • Identify and recommend solutions to enhance existing processes 


  • Good communication skills with the ability to work closely with internal and external teams
  • Experience in database technologies and analytical tools would be an advantage
  • Keen interest and good working knowledge of RPA and other automation technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel


  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with and address the needs of diverse stakeholders
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to take the initiative to address challenges and issues at work
  • Curious, determined and adaptable
