Job Description
This workstream aims to coordinate emergency preparedness planning for land and facilities including support utilities and infrastructure services to meet various crisis scenarios. It formulates and coordinates the development of crisis infrastructure plans that are vital to agencies’ capability to carry out their crisis response plans.
 
In addition, this workstream will also require the development of an organisational framework to build and maintain a core capability to plan and operationalise the crisis infrastructure plans.
 
You will assist to drive the development of plans with infrastructure and land planners based on inputs from other Government Agencies and relevant companies. This will require close coordination with agencies and you would need to provide guidance on contingency planning and emergency preparedness. Your role may also require you to write proposals and notes, and make presentations to government agencies and senior management.
 
Job requirement
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong ability to engage people at all levels, and good planning and organisation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Applicants with experience with emergency planning are preferred
