Our Defence Executive Officers (DXOs), alongside their military counterparts, play critical roles in preserving Singapore's sovereignty and stability.

You develop sophisticated exercise scenarios to train Security Ops Centre (SOC) and Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) teams in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Cyber Test Range. On this, you are the Subject Matter Expert (SME) who knows how to leverage state-of-the-art cyber range facilities and tools to create the training scenarios. Your challenge lies in possessing the necessary technical background and experience in the fields of Pen-Testing and Malware Analysis in order to create interesting and engaging training scenarios.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in cybersecurity, computer science,
computer engineering or electrical engineering. Your experience should preferably include malware analysis or pen-testing of networked systems using Windows or Linux-based operating systems. You should also have sound knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Having a passion and satisfaction of sharing your knowledge to advance the next generation of SAF cyber defenders is essential. Candidates with professional certification related to pen-testing and malware-analysis will be considered favourably.
