Interns will be learning and working on the following:
• Undertake research which can include desktop research, scoping of research question, developing research protocol, conducting fieldwork (e.g. interviews and focus group discussions), analysing and reporting of finding, conceptualise and develop learning products/resources
• Research and curate service and enforcement trends and thought leadership for sharing with service and enforcement community
• Design digital toolkits, e-learning, and/or bite-sized learning for service and enforcement focal areas
• Plan, research and develop engaging multimedia content
• Prepare job-aids (e.g. toolkits, checklist, design documents/frameworks) to support programmes
• Document and curate content from research (in the service and enforcement space) and convert them into learning resources e.g. caselets, newsletter, video resources, infographics, tool kits, podcasts etc.
Interns may also be involved in the following:
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging ways of delivering the team’s products to engage the audience, including the development of the learning series sessions
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, independent and confident
- Have a keen interest in user research and experimentation
- Experience/interest in production of creative products (e.g. infographics, podcasts, videos, comics, marketing materials etc) (added bonus)
- Team player & possess good interpersonal relationship skills
- Persevering and able to meet deadlines
- Able to commit from May – Sep 2021
