Responsibilities
You will be part of a team that involves in geological and geospatial works in developing geological model and related products to support a future-ready Built Environment Sector. You will be involved in:
- Digitising historical borehole data
- Processing of site investigation AGS data received from contractors
- Geo-coding the soil and rock units for purpose of creating geological model
- Performing quality checks and validation works
- Providing technical support in data processing and checking
Requirements
- A Diploma in Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in civil or construction industry
- Proficient in the use of software like gINT to perform checking, processing borehole data, and able to understand/interpret the site investigation report and AGS data
- Knowledge in the use of ArcGIS will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to work independently as well as effectively as a team and possess eagerness to learn
- Good analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Successful candidates will be offered contract employment. Remuneration shall commensurate with qualification and experience.
