We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will be responsible for general office administration, procurement and business continuity management matters under Corporate Services Division (CSD). The ideal candidate shall oversee the management of sourcing, procurement of products and services through calling of tenders, invitations to quote (ITQ) and SVP, processing of PO, certification of invoices and bills, contract management, contract renewals and fixed assets management. The candidate will assist the Head (CSD) in managing business continuity plans, incident management, SOPs for implementation of safe and security measures to keep the organisation functioning during and after a crisis or emergencies.

The candidate will also be providing secretariat support in continuing professional education matters under the Accreditation & Continuing Professional Education Division (ACPED) and assists the Head (ACPED) in the processing of CPE claims and applications, replying to CPE related queries and dissemination of CPE reports to healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in related fields with good knowledge of office management systems and procedures in procurement;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint in particular);
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work;
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task; and
• Ability to perform well under acute pressure.
