Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.

CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning.

Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.

Job Description

  • Execute capability building plans and policies in alignment to workforce plan.
  • Manage CSC’s associate trainers’ contracts and CSC fellowship schemes
  • Assist in the implementation of varied learning intervention (e.g. classroom learning, blended learning, performance support tools) to create effective learning solutions.
  • Responsible for tracking and analysing training statistics, study the effectiveness of learning and development interventions and provide recommendation for improvement.
  • Handle HRD related administration such as training budget, scholarship and sponsorship, course registration etc
  • Oversee staff welfare and engagement activities
  • Execute the policies and manage the administration of CSC’s supplementary manpower.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in training and development work
  • Comfortable with data and familiar with technology tools
  • Meticulous, organised and able to multitask
  • Professional and confident in dealing with people at all levels
  • Prior experience on handling and managing vendor contracts would be beneficial
