We are looking for a tech savvy individual to champion new digital initiatives for 3 of NHB’s Heritage Institutions (HIs) - Indian Heritage Centre, Malay Heritage Centre, Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall - over the next 24 months. Working together with other talented individuals guided by NHB's Digital+ Committee, you will get the opportunity to realise NHB’s digital strategy through working with multiple stakeholders.

You can look forward to being involved first-hand in high level digital product development, creating, managing and bringing these to life in new digital experiences to our audiences both in the virtual and physical worlds. If you think you are a fast learner who can present our HIs' content to audiences in a fun and insightful manner and eager to work with some of the new digital tech e.g. 3D AR/VR, Digital Twins, virtual tours and online events, we want you!


A tech inclined person who is keen in building digital skillsets and experience in implementing and scaling new digital initiatives within the HIs to achieve better and seamless Visitor Experiences (VX) both in the virtual and physical worlds.
Working with the various teams within NHB to develop an understanding of customers’ pain points and solution to deliver a more seamless and integrated experience; alongside user interface and experience experts to improve customer facing interactive digital services.
Responsible for re-looking at the back-end processes and coming up with solutions to successfully combine digital content, products and creativity delivered in the right frame to the end customer.
Track performance metrices against established outcomes on a regular basis for each digital initiative undertaken including compiling learning experience and best practices that can be shared and adopted in the future.



  • Minimum 5 - 6 years of relevant experience particularly in digital solutions, preferably in the areas of exhibitions and programmes, online cataloguing, visitor experience and/or marketing.
  • Knowledge in Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodology for Software Development.
    Project Management related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PRINCE2 or PMI will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in the implementation and maintenance of interactive and immersive technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & website content development, familiarity with SiteCore CMS, Adobe Experience Cloud, Matterport 3D and relevant 3D AR/VR tools a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated by innovation to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
