You will be part of the Precinct Development team which manages NAC’s portfolio of arts spaces that are leased to artists / arts groups, or as facilities for hire to support different needs such as for presentations, rehearsals or projects.

With strong fundamentals in procurement, and stakeholder management, you will partner and support the Precinct Development team in procurement and delivery of technology and digital solutions.  This position will also play a key role in delivering smart art centres that tap on technology and digital solutions to create multi-sensorial spaces for art creation, presentation and engagement. 


  • Delivery of technology and digital solutions for NAC’s arts centres, and where necessary in partnership with NAC’s appointed place manager.
  • Responsible for procurement and contracts management and supervise the discharge of vendor’s obligations under the contract.
  • Ensure management of projects is in line with contract requirements and conditions. Highly organised in project records handling, uphold good contract documentation and ensure records are well filed. Keep updated about IM procurement practises and Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract;
  • Engage project consultants to exercise cost payment review, certification of payments. Ensure variations ordered are well supported that satisfy the requisite government standards for construction projects, and closure of the project final accounts;
  • Oversight and co-ordinate for timely budgetary submission, ensure proper tracking and oversight on payment timeliness


  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in procuring/implementing technology and digital solutions for infrastructure development projects. Having work experience with consultants and project development team in public sector projects is a plus.
  • Understand and worked on technology and digital solutions for infrastructure development.
  • Well versed in government IM, and hands-on experience is valued.
  • Strong organizing and planning skills, ability to plan ahead and work independently, ensure timely implementation and achieve desired outcome.
  • Meticulous, highly organised, self-motivated, a good team player and comfortable working in small team setting.
  • Good interpersonal skills in managing different stakeholder groups, speaks confidently and good presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite of applications and other relevant applications.
