NAC’s Engagement and Participation Department creates opportunities for diverse communities to access the arts, and forge social connections over shared experiences. You will be part of the team in advocating the value of the arts, as well as developing strategies and partnerships for arts-based initiatives to thrive in the community. Candidate will also be responsible for engaging and developing collaborations with stakeholders from various sectors including the government, corporate, social services and the arts to implement, manage and evaluate programme outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the team in advocating the value of the arts, as well as developing strategies and partnerships for arts-based initiatives to thrive in the community. Candidate will also be responsible for engaging and developing collaborations with stakeholders from various sectors including the government, corporate, social services and the arts to implement, manage and evaluate programme outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Skills and competencies with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with at least 5 years of relevant work experience will be considered for the Senior Manager position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative, and passionate in the development of the arts sector in Singapore.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning ability, and comfortable working with numbers/ figures.
  • Good team spirit and strong customer orientation.
