With effect from 1 May 2020, Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE) has been rebranded as Yellow Ribbon Singapore (YRSG). YRSG plays an integral role in the Singapore correctional system by creating a safe and secure Singapore through the provision of rehabilitation and aftercare services to inmates and ex-offenders and help them rebuild their lives and lower the recidivism rate through skills and long term career development, with an effective Aftercare support network. YRSG seeks to enhance the employability of offenders and prepare them for their eventual reintegration into the national workforce by focusing on training, work, employment assistance and community engagement.

Intern (Digital Transformation), Technology Division

The Digital Transformation Team in YRSG has been set up to achieve YRSG’s digitalisation vision of having a digitally transformed organisation with strong culture, streamlined processes and enhanced user experience. You will be part of this team, assisting in the development of key projects, including Robotic Process Automation and Data Analytics. You will support the Technology division in the implementation of Transformation Projects through assistance in project management, schedule coordination and validation of deliverables from suppliers. You will also participate in ground works of developing multiple RPA Bots to automate the security review processes and new analytics dashboards to monitor key division indicators.



  • Background in Information Communications/Business Information Systems or equivalent
  • Proficient in Uipath and familiar with RPA
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and software
  • Proficiency in Tableau preferred
  • Interest in IT Project Management
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills
