Parent Giving and Engagement Officer Gambier, OH
Kenyon College, a nationally prominent top 40 private liberal arts college located on one of the most beautiful college campuses in the country, is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to serve in the newly created position of Parent Giving and Engagement Officer. This is a full time position with the opportunity for a hybrid remote work schedule. Salary will be commensurate with experience and a generous benefits package is available. The Parent Giving and Engagement Officer will report to the Director of Parent Giving and Engagement and join the dynamic and collaborative Advancement Division. Having recently closed the most successful comprehensive campaign in the College’s history, and having just celebrated Kenyon’s Bicentennial, the Advancement Division is poised to continue their proven excellence into the College’s third century. The Officer will be the next steward of a long-standing and respected parent giving program, implementing strategies that help grow leadership-level gifts in expansion of the annual fund and major gift programs. The Officer will have the opportunity to work closely with a portfolio of parent donors and prospective parent donors and will build relationships to engage, identify, qualify and solicit new donors, including parents of current students and family members of Kenyon alumni.
Telecommunications Officer, Part-Time Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Campus Safety Telecommunications Officer, Part-Time. Hours worked per week and shifts worked will be dependent on coverage needs, including weekends and possibly holidays. The rate of pay is $16.50 per hour between the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm, $17.75 between the hours of 3:00pm to 11:00pm and $18.00 between the hours of 11:00pm to 7:00am. Part-Time Campus Safety Telecommunication Officers receive double their hourly pay rate when scheduled to work a shift during recognized college holidays. This is a collectively bargained position and without benefits.
Seasonal Grounds Person Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for qualified candidates to fill the positions of Seasonal Grounds Persons. Seasonal Grounds Persons maintain weeding, mulching, hand mowing and trimming of campus and a wide variety of tasks working independently or as a member of a group, to maintain college-owned property and campus grounds; present a hazard-free and overall clean and neat campus appearance. Individual must understand that it may be necessary to work overtime, in order to provide a safe campus for students. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Rate of pay is $12.00 per hour.

Assistant Director, Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ADDEI) – who reports directly to the Dean for DEI and Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the Division of Student Affairs – is committed to student success in the classroom, residence, and co-curricular experience. The Assistant Director has direct responsibility and administrative oversight as the coordinator of the Kenyon Educational Enrichment Program (KEEP)* and the Recognizing Each Other’s Ability to Conquer the Hill (REACH) Peer Mentoring Program**. The Assistant Director works closely with the Associate Provost for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, College faculty, and staff to support the retention of students from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic, religious and national backgrounds. The Assistant Director also assists the Dean, Director and the Associate Provost for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in providing campus-wide programming to enrich the campus climate and quality of life for the Kenyon College community. The Assistant Director will partner with the Office of Student Engagement in providing direct support and coordination of multicultural student organizations. Within the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI), this position will have a particular focus on supporting students of color by identifying and addressing barriers to their success, and carrying out efforts to support them
