Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance /Accounting
  • Total work experience: 5 years in accounts payable or function
  • Total relevant experience: at least 2-3 years managing an accounting team

Job Description:

  • Prepare payroll for daily and monthly labour, tax returns, final payment, MPF and other C&B related matters
  • Handle the enquiries about payroll matters
  • Handle full set payroll including monthly payroll calculations, MPF contributions and filing of tax returns
  • Prepare and maintain frequent reports for analysis such as headcount, summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
  • Assist in payroll system enhancement
  • Work closely with Country HRs team for data consolidation and analysis, and assist in preparing the statistical and analytical report
  • Assist to participate in ad-hoc assignment when required
