We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Communications & Brand Coordinator to join our growing Marketing & Client Services department in Melbourne or Sydney.
This role sits within our Communications & Brand Team, which has recently evolved its remit to encompass a core focus on the firm's brand story and the expression of its vision and values. Extending from this core focus is the team's accountability for internal and external communications across the firm. The team works in concert with our Marketing & Campaigns, Events and Digital teams.
Our Marketing & Client Services (MCS) department drives growth for the firm by building, enhancing and protecting our brand, networks and relationships. The team is extremely well regarded across the firm, and closely involved in strategy development and execution.

As Communications and Brand Coordinator, your key responsibilities would include:
- Supporting a range of internal and external communications activities that form part of our integrated brand and marketing agenda.
- Posting content to key internal and external communication channels, coordinating newsletters and publishing web content using our content management system.
- Monitoring and reporting on activity and engagement with brand and communication activities.
- Project management and coordination across a variety of integrated brand and communication campaigns.
- Drafting, editing and proofreading for various channels including our firm intranet, media releases, social media, client insights and our website.
- Contributing to the overall communications and brand strategy and its implementation.
As the Communications & Brand Coordinator, you will work closely with a team of highly experienced communications professionals who are leaders in their fields, including specialists in media relations and corporate affairs, internal communication, brand management and content creation. You'll also work closely with other parts of the Marketing & Client Services team including specialists in design and digital, events, marketing and campaigns, and data and analytics. Together, the team supports the firm's brand and reputation as well as strategic marketing activities and growth areas.
You will be a critical enabler and supporter of our communications and brand strategy who brings a curious and creative mindset to solving problems, generating new ideas and telling our brand story. We're looking for somebody with a natural creative flair and passion for communication with a proactive, can-do attitude, excellent attention to detail, and an ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture, as well as zoom in on the detail.
