| The Ballmer Institute for Children’s Behavioral Health at the University of Oregon is seeking an organized, collaborative, and service-oriented Institute Support Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and visitors while providing administrative and operational support to Institute leadership and teams. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, this position coordinates calendars, meetings, travel, communications, faculty searches, events, and project timelines; supports the Community Advisory Board; maintains front desk operations; and helps ensure the Institute’s day-to-day workflows run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, sound judgment with confidential information, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Experience in higher education or academic administration is preferred.
