The Sports Science Coordinator is responsible for developing and planning performance support strategies within the University of Oregon Athletic Department. This role involves leading the development and implementation of systems and processes aimed at enhancing student-athlete readiness, performance, and recovery. These monitoring systems will be integrated into the weight room, conditioning, and practice sessions. The coordinator will need to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary high-performance environment.
The person in this position is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics programs, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, BIG 10 Conference, and the NCAA.
Special Requirement
This position will require a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a UO Driver's Certification. |
