| The Assistant Director for Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) has primary responsibility for developing, leading, and maintaining advising and support services for affiliated fraternities and sororities and their associated constituency groups. These groups include local alumni advisory groups/boards, Inter/national headquarters, various City of Eugene agencies, House Directors /live-in advisors, and parents and families.
The Assistant Director will be supervised by the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life within the Experiential Learning & Engagement Portfolio. As a member of the administrative team of Fraternity & Sorority Life, the Assistant Director for Fraternity & Sorority Life will meet and work regularly with other FSL staff, cultivate strategic relationships on and off campus, represent FSL on division and campus-level committees, and serve as a resource to campus constituents (faculty, staff, and students).
This position will provide leadership for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life in the absence of or at the request of the Director. |
