We seek to fill one position as either a Hazardous Waste Program Specialist (EHS2) or a Hazardous Waste Program Coordinator (EHS3).
The Hazardous Waste Specialist (EHS2) assists with collecting, documenting, and disposing of hazardous, universal, and biohazardous waste consistent with state and federal law and trains university waste generators.
The Hazardous Waste Program Coordinator (EHS3) has broader responsibilities in collecting, documenting, and managing hazardous, universal, and biohazardous wastes. The EHS3 liaises with campus partners, contractors, and state agencies, manages the chemical reuse facility, and assists the Hazardous Materials Manager with implementing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining university policies. |
