Specialist, Credit Insights London - Hybrid
Credit and Impairment Insights Specialist is a critical role in NewDay, responsible for monitoring and reporting on the Portfolio quality, delivering insight into the different stages of the customer lifecycle enabling informed decision-making and balancing risk and rewards to drive profitable growth while ensuring customers are responsibly managed. The role sits in a wider Credit and Impairment Insights function and the would involve regular reviews and assessment of Impairment opportunities delivering key initiatives for the P&L. The role includes responsibility for driving efficiency in how we source, create and convert portfolio insights into robust monitoring systems to ensure a ‘no surprise’ environment for each of NewDay’s portfolio performances. This would involve understanding the business needs and formulating and implementing the appropriate analytical solution, improvement and automation of reporting and consolidating information into presentable formats for senior management helping inform strategic decisions for the Credit function.
