As a Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our repairs. This role includes performing repairs, both in and out of warranty, as well as addressing other repair and maintenance needs. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality repair services. The position requires keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to upholding our company values.

We are seeking a candidate a solid background in electro-mechanical equipment, as the role involves installation and preventative maintenance of product lines to find the best outcome for our customers.
Key responsibilities include testing, resolving electrical and mechanical issues during testing, and effectively communicating with the team and superiors. The role involves installing and servicing high-quality mechanical equipment, with fault-finding experience and an understanding of electrical schematics being highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Execute repairs and maintenance on Retail products for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty cases.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical and electrical components to ensure proper functionality.
- Promptly respond to repair requests, delivering quality workmanship that meets safety and performance standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and safety risks in repairable devices.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, ensuring tools and equipment are used responsibly
Qualifications / Skills Required
- Proven experience with electronic or mechanical device repairs; experience with white goods repairs is highly desirable.
- Electric connection reconnection will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on precision and efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage repair schedules effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Trade/tertiary qualifications in a mechanical, electrical or electronic trade
