Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and effective management
· Lead, mentor, and manage staff, including rostering, training, and performance evaluation
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
· Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier relationships
· Ensure the store's presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
· Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer inquiries
· Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports
· Implement promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement
· Advise customers on bathroom design solutions, ensuring they receive expert guidance throughout the buying process

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum (excluding benefits)

Skills and Experience Required:

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role
· Experience in bathroom sales or home improvement retail is highly desirable
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage budgets, analyse sales data, and drive business growth
· Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
