As part of the NSW CTP team, you will be part of the wider CTP business unit that includes teams in South Australia and Victoria jurisdictions.

This is a Case Manager role undertaking full end to end case management under the 2017 NSW CTP scheme. Yes that is right – no tail MACA claims.

To be successful in this role you would demonstrate an ability to be utilise best practice case management skills while managing a caseload of claims within the legislation.

This will be a permanent position commencing from September 2022 based in the Sydney office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing a portfolio of CTP claims
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver personalised claims management strategies that support the achievement of high quality outcomes 
  • Working in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Providing a service experience that is tailored, effective and client focused.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in claims management
  • Personal injury experience in alternative schemes is also highly desirable
  • An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer centric support; 
  • A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organisational and coordination skills; 
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn;
  • Sound analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management;
  • Be outcome/results focused
