About This Role:

This position provides direct support to the Shared Service business manager and is responsible for assisting with Accounts Receivables and Payable. The incumbent will assist the Center's BPC program, including providing training to all card holders. The incumbent will be helping with purchases over $10K for the Center and need to have a firm grasp of purchasing policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
|
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- One year of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three years of experience in professional accounting/auditing work.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
- Experience in grant administration.
- Experience working in computer-based accounting systems.
- Familiarity with the State of Kansas and Kansas State University policies and procedures regarding grant expenditure and revenue.
- The ability to work within a high-volume, fast-paced setting is beneficial with strong attention to detail, organization and time-management skills preferred.
