The Landscape Technician I position maintains university property and surrounding areas. Cuts grass, trims, rakes leaves, cleans areas, plants flowers and prunes trees or shrubs, Maintains driveways, parking lots and walkways by removing debris, litter, snow and ice. Performs routing maintenance on all equipment used.
Facility Security Officer Manhattan, Kansas
The Facility Security Officer position provides security for a bio-research facility to control access by personnel and maintain security of research areas. Provides security for meetings, events and other gatherings that take place in the BRI.
Accountant I Manhattan, Kansas

Anesthesia Emergency Clinician (Clinical Sciences) Manhattan, Kansas
The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) at Kansas State University invites applications for a clinical, term appointment as Anesthesia Emergency Clinician (AEC). The primary responsibility for this position will be to contribute to after-hours emergency care for VHC patients requiring general anesthesia. Candidates must hold a DVM degree or equivalent and have experience with general anesthesia and/or emergency practice in veterinary patients. Continuing education or advanced training in emergency care and/or veterinary anesthesia is desirable but not a requirement for this position. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The AEC will work with senior faculty, house officers, technical staff, and veterinary students. The distribution of effort for the AEC will be predominately after-hours clinical service with the opportunity to contribute to lecture and laboratory teaching.
Student Services Coordinator Manhattan, Kansas
The Office of Student Life is seeking to hire a Student Services Coordinator. The Student Services Coordinator will coordinate the processes and services for the Office of Student Life. This position will support both the Senior Associate Dean of Student Life/Director, Assistant Deans and Assistant Directors of the Office of Student Life The Student Services Coordinator will be the first line of contact with students and families that the office services. This is a full-time, 9-month position.
Animal Technician I (Veterinary Health Center) Manhattan, Kansas
The Veterinary Health Center within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking applicants for an Animal Technician I. The purpose of this position is to have a more consistent performance of duties which are currently performed by a number of Student Animal Technicians who have inconsistent hours dictated by their class schedules. This position will interface with the other two Animal Technicians I & II as they finish their daily schedules and will provide coverage during evening and some weekend hours which currently have limited student coverage. This shift is for 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Animal MRI Technologist (Veterinary Health Center) Manhattan, Kansas
The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking applicants for an Animal MRI Technologist. The radiology service provides magnetic resonance (MRI), computed tomography (CT), nuclear medicine (NM), ultrasound and diagnostic imaging for animals and provides treatment and care of animals undergoing I-131 therapy. This position manages day to day operation of the MRI machine and assists with clinical teaching and research endeavors of the radiology section for all modalities in addition to operation of the MRI. The incumbent is competent in performing all examinations that the radiology section provides: (CT) (MRI) (NM) and diagnostic radiology.

This position will serve as the on-site administrator of the sponsored project to facilitate daily implementation of the research project by promoting the program, selecting research participants, designing and implementing database information, and collaborating with the researchers at Kansas State University, Northern Illinois University, and Hill Air Force Base. The College of Education is seeking applicants for a program coordinator. This position will provide administrative support for the Rural Education Center and the Office of the Dean of the College of Education. The Safety and Health Officer is part of the Department of Environmental Health and Safety for Kansas State University.  They support safety, health, and compliance programs for university activities. This role will conduct safety and health surveys, investigate work, research, and academic operations to analyze, identify, and measure workplace hazards or stressors that can cause sickness, impaired health, or significant discomfort to staff and students through chemical, physical or biological exposures. Surveys include, but are not limited to, measuring airflow, noise levels, chemical and other hazardous contaminants in the work and learning environment.
