Program/Project Coordinator - ICU

About This Role

The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Program/Project Coordinator to join our dedicated team to help facilitate exemplary patient care and quality customer service. This position provides clinical and procedural support in the Small Animal ICU, guiding staff and students on best practices and ensuring compliance with protocols. This includes assisting with day-to-day technical and operational tasks, as well as supporting short-term projects to improve processes by identifying needs and developing solutions. The person in this position will collaborate with the ICU Nursing Supervisor to enhance ICU operations and support staff development.

Worksite Option

This position is required to be performed on-site. Work is performed on employer premises or designated assignment location.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a veterinary clinical setting, with preference for those familiar with ICU operations.
  • Strong understanding of veterinary clinical workflows, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to provide process-based guidance and support to faculty, staff, and students.
  • Adaptability to assist with a variety of operational and technical tasks as needed.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range
