It will be required to utilize a broad array of chemicals and operate a variety of power equipment in maintenance of floors and other duties. The position will also perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks as assigned by a supervisor and must be able to work with minimal supervision. This position requires the ability to frequently interact effectively with university students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Direct supervision is from the Custodial Services Supervisor. Hours are 5:00 a.m. – 1:30, with occasional call back for emergencies.
