The Part Time Contract Administrator role is primarily focused on supporting the operational delivery of our Facility Maintenance Contract in the Bowen Basin.  This is a part time position, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9.00am – 3.00pm each week based in township of Moranbah {Non- Mine site}

The Position:

  • Assist with the onsite onboarding and induction of new staff
  • Maintain fleet & staff registers
  • Assist with the management of flights & accommodation
  • Raising and receipting of purchase orders
  • Research training and development opportunities for our staff
  • Assist with completion of internal staff training audits to ensure site compliance
  • Represent ISS as a professional, responsive and committed partner to our client and work with us on continuous improvement
  • Support, promote & be proactive in all aspects of the position
  • Other administration duties as needed

Minimum Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar operational environment.
  • Experience working in and understanding of mine site compliance is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint, One Drive and MS Excel
  • Strong IT skills in MS office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient typing skills and minute taking
  • Preferred but not essential experience using Kronos, Coupa & Intellics
