We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive UKG Pro Customer Support/Trainer to provide effective and efficient customer service and training to our internal customers using UKG Pro. As the face of the UKG Support team, you will be triaging and allocating Service Now tickets, supporting our customers to raise correct tickets, provide troubleshooting to our UKG Managers and provide evidence based feedback to support System review and continuous improvement exercises.
This Full Time role can be based either from ISS Offices in South Brisbane or Balcatta (Perth).
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Training (informal and formal) of our Kronos Users
- First Level Responder for Service Now tickets, triage and allocation of Service Now tickets
- Participate in and provide training to our operations teams
- Assist with Payroll query resolution
- Support Kronos managers with functional issues to minimise Service Now Tickets
- Maintain data integrity, system and process compliance by following agreed procedures, ensuring our Kronos users also do and escalating for a resolution when required
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in a similar role supporting UKG Pro (or relevant experience)
- Good working knowledge of Kronos & operational processes
- Strong Customer Service ethic & skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Process driven mindset
- Problem solving skills
