🧭 About the Role

The Management Accountant supports the financial performance and reporting of the Healthcare division. The role is responsible for month-end processes, financial control, and ensuring the accuracy of revenue and costs. The position works closely with operations and finance stakeholders to provide insights and support decision-making.

🔧  What You’ll Do

• Financial Reporting & Month End

• Prepare and post journals, including wage accruals, standing journals, purchase order accruals, doubtful debt & impairment of unbilled revenue journals, etc…
• Create and review month end timetable
• Support the Finance Manager with P&L analysis
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Complete OneStream reporting

• Revenue and Billing
  • Manage and review billing
  • Customer data maintenance
  • Assist in prep of annual price increases
  • Communicate with clients in relation to invoices and provide supporting information
• Cash and Working Capital
  • Prepare cash collection forecast
  • Assist Treasury with cash allocation queries
• Business Partnering
• Forecasting
• Financial Control and Compliance
• Systems and Improvement

🎯  What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
• Ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency
• Degree qualified in Accounting and Finance
• Strong Excel skills
• CA/CPA highly regarded
• Previous experience within Healthcare would be highly regarded
