In this role you will support the HR Manager in the end to end management of the recruitment function which will make up approximately 80% of this position. The other 20% will be focused on HR advisory services, policy and procedure development, HR projects and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
End to end management of the recruitment process including advertising, screening, developing interview guides, interviewing, reference checks, police and WWC checks, candidate care, employment offers and developing contracts.
Updating HR policies, procedures and forms.
Managing the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Develop and maintain organisational charts
Provide Human Resources guidance to employees
Building effective internal stakeholder relationships
HR projects
