Each RA is personally responsible for 10-20 residents in an assigned living area. These paraprofessional staff members are charged with creating an open, inviting, inclusive, and safe living environment for residents - one that is conducive to student learning as well as social development and community engagement. |

The faculty member appointed to this position will provide advising to prospective and current medical laboratory science students, didactic and laboratory education to students enrolled in the medical laboratory science programs. The program faculty member will be responsible for continued curriculum development, and academic expansion of the program. |
